Why it lands

Incumbents bill by contact count and charge you for unsubscribed, dead contacts. We bundle cleaning, dedupe, and suppression under every tier — and add autonomous outbound the incumbents cannot. Services delivery via partner.

Delivery cost

Sending is billed by your provider, never by us

Every tier sends through your own SendGrid or Amazon SES account. You pay the provider directly at list price, and AeroCampaign takes no cut of delivery.

  • Roughly $0.10 per 1,000 emails at Amazon SES list price
  • Your sender reputation stays on your own domain and IPs
  • Cleaning, dedupe, and suppression bundled at every tier
  • No charge for unsubscribed or bounced contacts

Questions

The things people ask before switching

How much does AeroCampaign cost?

Pricing is by company segment rather than by contact count. SMB runs $49–$250 a month — $49–$99 for the standalone email tier, $250 for the autonomous SDR. Mid-market bundles outbound, sending, and data hygiene at $1,500–$3,000 a month by contact volume. Enterprise is $5,000–$15,000+ a month plus a one-time $5,000–$10,000 onboarding and cleaning engagement. Email delivery is billed separately by your own provider, around $0.10 per 1,000 messages on Amazon SES.

Do you charge per contact like Mailchimp and Constant Contact?

No. Incumbents meter the number of contacts you store, which means you pay for unsubscribed and bounced addresses that will never open anything again. AeroCampaign prices by segment and bundles cleaning, dedupe, and suppression into every tier, so a decaying list costs you less rather than more.

What is included beyond email marketing?

Four layers. Autonomous SDR runs always-on outbound through AIXSDR and GTM Bomber. Sales engagement covers full done-with-you campaigns. Email marketing is the broadcast tool that sends through your own SendGrid or Amazon SES account. Data hygiene handles cleaning, dedupe, and cross-provider suppression. SMB gets self-serve versions; mid-market and enterprise get them managed by our services partner.

Why bring my own provider instead of just paying for sending?

Two reasons. Cost: SES bills around $0.10 per 1,000 emails, while bundled platform sending is marked up several times over. Control: on a shared platform your deliverability is pooled with every other tenant on that IP range. With your own account, your domain reputation is yours alone — and it stays with you if you ever leave.

How is this different from the AI features Mailchimp already ships?

Most platform AI generates one message and helps you polish it. AeroCampaign starts from your signal history and produces a different message per cohort — and where a contact's history justifies it, a message for that one person. The unit of generation is the audience segment, not the campaign.

What signals does the engine actually use?

Engagement history (opens, clicks, click topology, recency and cadence), list provenance, CRM stage where connected, firmographics on the contact's company, and sector-level trend context. Every generated variant records which signals produced it.

Does anything send without me seeing it?

No. Generated variants land as drafts against their cohort. You approve, edit, or discard each one. The engine proposes; you ship.

What happens to my suppression list?

On connect we import your existing suppressions from SES and SendGrid. From then on, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes from either provider land in one account-level list, and new bounce and complaint suppressions are mirrored back to AWS so the two never drift.

Can I migrate off Mailchimp or Constant Contact without losing history?

Import contacts by CSV and bring your suppression list with you — that is the part that actually matters, because resending to a known complainer is how domains get blocklisted. Campaign-level history from the old platform stays there, but your list, your suppressions, and your sending reputation come across.

Do I need to be technical to connect Amazon SES?

You need to create an IAM user and paste a key. SES accounts also start in a sandbox that only sends to verified addresses — AeroCampaign detects that on connect, blocks broadcasts, and links you to the production-access request. If you would rather not touch AWS, connect SendGrid instead; it is one API key.

Tell us your segment and we will scope it.

SMB tiers are self-serve. Mid-market and enterprise start with a scoping call and a one-time data clean.

No credit card. Bring your own SendGrid or Amazon SES account.
